Break reminder apps usually fail because they're too easy to dismiss. Users click “skip” and never actually rest. OptiBreak takes a stricter approach: when a break is due, every monitor goes black, your keyboard is no-op, and you wait it out.

The app ships 30 break types across eye rest, stretching, hydration, breathing, and desk-ergonomics categories. It's aware of sleep, wake, idle time, and external display changes. Subscription licensing is handled via RevenueCat for App Store purchases and a custom licensing backend for direct sales. Team licenses are supported with per-device seat limits.
