Ordinary reminders are easy to dismiss. OptiBreak takes a firmer approach: when a break begins, a native overlay covers every display, gives one clear instruction and returns the screen when the pause is complete.
Scheduling and enforcement stay local, including offline. An optional account connects billing, devices, schedules, private history and explainable personal insights across computers. Organisations can publish signed policy and see thresholded group trends, never a person's raw activity.
OptiBreak is built by STRKK LTD, an independent software studio in England.
